SOLS is a 3D printed orthotics startup with two main audiences: consumers and medical providers. Each audience had unique needs we needed to address at launch.

For consumers, we had to change the perception that orthotics were embarrassing and just for older people and make them aspirational and relevant for a wide audience. For the B2B and healthcare audiences we had to establish credibility in the medical space, educate providers on the technology and show how prescribing SOLS would help their practice.
